Once approved, a percentage of the total amount is requested as a deposit to secure your date and coordinate every reservation and detail.

About the process
Yes. We prepare an initial proposal at no cost and with no commitment. You only move forward once the journey feels right for you.
The earlier the better, especially for high season (December–March), when the best accommodation fills quickly. As a guide, two to three months ahead gives us comfortable room to design and refine your trip.
As many as needed. Refining the proposal together is part of the process — we adjust destinations, pace and details until the journey feels exactly right.
They can be both. We design private journeys for couples, families and small groups, as well as shared experiences for those who enjoy travelling alongside others.
